About
medoutbound matches physician practices with vetted medical billing companies. We're the buyer's side of the table — physicians get free matches, billing companies pay only when a physician signs. Operated in the US by Stambalead since 2026.
We are the buyer's side. Free for physicians, always.
Physician practices never pay medoutbound. Ever. Our billing-company partners pay a placement fee only after a physician signs a contract with them. Your incentive and ours are aligned — we win when you sign with a partner you actually want to work with, not the highest bidder.
Every partner is vetted before it enters the network.
Before any billing company can receive a match from us, they must pass a five-point vetting checklist: (1) HIPAA compliance verified with active BAA, (2) current malpractice/E&O insurance, (3) specialty credentials for every specialty they claim to serve, (4) minimum 500-client operating history, and (5) three verified physician references we've called ourselves. Partners are re-verified annually.
Three matches maximum. Never five, never ten.
When you submit a match request, we route to at most three billing companies that fit your specialty, practice size, and geography. You will not get carpet-bombed by ten sales teams. If we can't find three qualified matches for your profile, we tell you — we don't pad the list.
Every submission can be revoked in one click.
You get a confirmation email with a one-click opt-out link. Use it any time and every partner is instantly notified to remove you from their contact list. You own your data, not us.
Real business, real contact, real accountability.
medoutbound is operated by Stambalead, a US-registered company. Every page on this site lists a working contact email and phone. If a partner in our network mis-handles your inquiry, we hear about it and they lose their placement. We're accountable to physicians, not to billing companies.
