What we do
medoutbound is a matchmaker. You tell us your specialty, practice size, and current billing pain point. We route you to at most three medical billing companies in our vetted partner network that fit your profile. Those partners reach out to you directly to discuss engagement.
What we do not do
We do not bill claims for you. We are not a billing company. We do not collect PHI or patient data on the form. We do not distribute your practice details beyond the three matched partners. We do not resell your inquiry to marketing lists. We do not sell your data to five or ten sales teams like a generic lead-aggregator does.
The five-point vetting checklist every partner must pass
No billing company enters our network without passing all five checks. This is what separates medoutbound from a generic lead-aggregator platform.
1. HIPAA compliance verified with active BAA
Every partner signs a Business Associate Agreement with us before they enter the network. We store proof of active HIPAA compliance on file and re-verify annually.
2. Current professional liability insurance
Errors & omissions and cyber-liability coverage above industry minimums. Certificates on file. Verified with the carrier, not just the partner's paperwork.
3. Specialty credentials for every specialty they claim
A partner cannot appear in your matches for cardiology billing unless they've documented cardiology-specialty experience — coders certified for cardiology CPT codes, active cardiology client history, and named client references we can call.
4. Minimum 500-client operating history
New shops do not enter our network. Every partner must show a documented client base of at least 500 physician practices and a minimum three-year operating history. This kills the risk of a partner going dark on you mid-contract.
5. Three verified physician references we called ourselves
Not references submitted on paper. We pick up the phone and ask three real physicians: is this billing company doing what they promised? If the answer is no, the partner does not join. If a partner already in the network gets a bad reference from a physician who matched through us, they lose their placement.

Our matching logic filters our vetted-partner network on your specialty, practice size band, and geography. At most three partners come back. If we can't find three qualified matches, we tell you — we don't pad the list.
Step 3. You receive a confirmation email
The email lists the three partners who matched and includes a one-click opt-out link. You can revoke the entire submission any time with a single click.
Step 4. The matched partners reach out
You'll hear from up to three billing companies within a business day. Each already knows your specialty and pain point — no discovery-call preamble required.
Step 5. You pick one, some, or none
You are under zero obligation to sign. If none of the three fit, tell us and we'll re-run the match with different criteria. If you sign with one, that partner pays us a placement fee — you never do.

- Yes. medoutbound is operated by Stambalead, a US-registered company. We have a working contact email and phone on every page of this site. Every physician who matches through us receives a confirmation email from a real inbox that a real person monitors.
- Does medoutbound vet the medical billing companies in its network?
- Yes. Every partner must pass a five-point vetting checklist before they can appear in a physician's match: (1) HIPAA compliance verified with an active Business Associate Agreement, (2) current professional liability and cyber-liability insurance, (3) specialty credentials for every specialty they claim to serve, (4) a minimum 500-client operating history and three-year business tenure, and (5) three verified physician references we called ourselves. Partners are re-verified annually. If a partner gets a bad reference from a physician who matched through us, they lose their placement.
- Who pays for the matching service?
- Physician practices never pay medoutbound. Ever. Our billing-company partners pay a placement fee only after a physician signs a contract with them. Your interests and ours are aligned — we win when you sign with a partner you actually want to work with.
- How many billing companies will contact me if I submit?
- At most three. We do not carpet-bomb your inbox with five or ten sales teams. If we cannot find three qualified partners that match your specialty, practice size, and geography, we tell you — we don't pad the list.
- Can I opt out after submitting?
- Yes. The confirmation email you receive after submitting includes a one-click opt-out link. Use it any time and every matched partner is instantly notified to remove you from their contact list. You own your data, not us.
- What information do you ask for on the form?
- Only what we need to match you accurately: specialty, practice size band, ZIP code, contact name, work email, and phone. We never ask for tax IDs, NPI numbers, PHI, or patient data on the form. Sensitive credentialing details only get exchanged directly between you and a partner after you've spoken with them.
